Winter Games 2010

We are a week into the winter games as it stands the USA is the leader in the medal count.

I’m happy to see that the games are going well for the US. I always enjoy the winter games. Since I was 12 although the games sometimes don’t always end the way we want.

No can say what will the outcome of these games but for the moment the world comes together in the spirit of brotherhood. Each time a city is awarded the games they have four years to build the venues that are not there or if they have them they must, make sure that the venue is up to date.
The next games will be in London, England for the summer games.

These games are to be for the spirit of the brotherhood that takes place. Let’s not forget the people who give their heart and soul to give us that one thing that we look at if the take the gold. I’m proud that the games are in Canada this year least the US didn’t have to go far.
These are the days were a nation can take pride of their people and the athlete’s that represent them.

Like I said I only have been watching the games since I was 12.
The games are to bring to world together and to show us, that we are all in this thing we call life together as the world knows that tragic events unfold before us.

As we are still at war the world can come together in peace and love of sport, which shows us that we have a common bound the love of the game.

No one nation is above the other as we look upon these games let’s look into our hearts and remember the times that we were young and know that the love of the game has cross over the generations and will continue too.

If NBC or whatever network airs these games continue to show the games despite what the rating show, have the backbone to air them.
